1. What is your minimum order?
We do not require a minimum order. Packaging Options Direct was created with small businesses, crafters, hobbyists and DIYers in mind. Browse around and buy as little or as much as you need!

2. What do I do if I want to order in bulk?
At Packaging Options Direct buying in larger quantities is easy. Just contact our super-friendly packaging experts for assistance at info@PackagingOptionsDirect.com or 1-855-754-3728.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You can buy in complete confidence in our secure online shopping environment. At this time we do not offer any alternate payment terms.

4. When will my order ship?
We will do our best to ship all in-stock items by the next business day following the original date of purchase; however during peak seasons it can take us several days to process your order. If you would like to know what our current processing time is, please contact our customer service department by email at info@packagingoptionsdirect.com or by calling us at (855) 754-3728. Please note that Packaging Options Direct and UPS are closed on weekends, and on most major holidays, so we urge you to order early.

5. How will my order ship?
Our preferred carrier is UPS and will ship per your selection during checkout; unless otherwise noted. UPS service options include Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day. Depending on the size of your order, it may be more convenient to ship your items on a pallet via motor freight carrier (also known as LTL). Our packaging experts will contact you via telephone or email if we believe your order would be best shipped LTL. And remember, no matter what shipping method you select during checkout, you’ll appreciate our discounted shipping rates! Please note that carriers do not deliver on weekends or major holidays.

6. How can I check the status of my order?
The easiest way to check the status of your order is by logging in to your account and viewing your orders. You can also click on the "Order Status" link contained in the Order Receipt email we sent you after completing your order.

7. How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items you are ordering, and the destination. To get an estimate of your shipping costs, simply add the items you would like to your cart, then go to the shopping cart page and use the “shipping estimator” to see what the shipping costs will be. Please note that the “shipping estimator” calculates all estimates based on commercial addresses. If your order is shipping to a home or residence, a UPS Residential Surcharge will be added to your shipping costs at the time of check out, and might be slightly higher than estimated.

8. How long will it take me to receive my order?
It is our goal to ship orders within one day of confirmation. Standard UPS transit time is one to five business days. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. UPS does not include the date of shipment as part of their transit time. Use this handy UPS transit chart to get a better idea of when you can expect your package.

For Example, if you place your on Monday it should ship on Tuesday. If we are shipping to California (or the red zone), the standard transit time is four business days. You can anticipate your order to arrive the following Monday (Wednesday is day one, plus three business days is Monday).

If we are shipping to Georgia (or any of the gold areas), the standard transit time is two business days. You can anticipate your order to arrive on Thursday of the same week (Wednesday is day one, plus one business day is Thursday).

9. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
We will work with customers to allow will call (pickup) orders; however we require 24 hour notice and will provide an appointment time when you can pick up your order. Our warehouse cannot accept payment of orders, so all will call orders must be paid for in advance.

10. How can I check the status of my order?
The easiest way to check the status of your order is by logging in to your account and viewing your orders. You can also click on the "Order Status" link contained in the Order Receipt email we sent you after completing your order.

11. How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with the shipment tracking number so you can track your package.

12. I am out of state, why am I being charged sales tax?
Packaging Options Direct is a division of TricorBraun, and therefore we are obligated to collect sales tax in all states where any of our branches operate; including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington.

13. I am ordering on behalf of a business for resale. How can I avoid paying sales tax?
In order to set you up to be tax exempt, two steps need to be completed. The first is that we need you to “register” as a customer if you haven’t already. The second is for you to complete this resale certificate, and email it back to us. Once we have the form back, we can update your account to exempt for future orders. Just be sure to log in when ordering. If you submit your Resale Certificate after your order has been confirmed, we will update your account's tax status for future orders.

14. How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please call our helpful packaging experts at 1-855-754-3728 between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

15. How can I return my order?
The easiest way to return items from your order is by logging in to your account and submitting a return request. You can also send an email to info@PackagingOptionsDirect.com with your order details or call 1-855-754-3728 to speak with one of our friendly packaging experts. Remember to submit your return request within 30 days of purchase.

16. How do I know if my product is compatible with a container?
Each product on our website has a page showing product details, a description that explains common uses, as well as "Matching Products" so you can find the exact packaging solution you need for your project. Packaging Options Direct cannot guarantee any product to work with items not purchased from us as “Matching Products”. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for testing the compatibility and capacity of their products with goods sold by Packaging Options Direct. Still have questions? 17. Can I order if I live outside the United States?
