32 oz Clear PET Plastic Round Jar - 89-400 Neck Finish

Pressure sensitive seals are a quick and easy way to safe guard your product from being tampered with while also preserving freshness of your product by providing an airtight seal. These polystyrene foam liners, made from FDA approved materials, are coated with a torque-activated adhesive and require no special equipment to apply. Simply place them over the mouth of any bottle or jar, and screw on your closure tightly. These single-use seals are made to work with all container materials from glass to plastic; and easily peel off for consumer use.

Give your customers peace of mind with a shrink band that provides an indication of tampering. Note that the bottle selected must have a neck bead in order to hold the seal band in place. These pre-cut clear PVC shrink bands have layflat dimensions of 150mm by 50mm. The band is plain (no print) and has a single vertical perforation.

Great with 89mm standard caps. To ensure proper fit, measure the circumference of the widest part of the selected closure. Testing for fit is always recommended.

This 89-400 metal continuous thread (CT) closure has a white exterior, a white interior, and includes a plastisol liner. It is great match to glass or plastic jars. It can be used for a variety of applications.

This product is recommend for a hot fill and cool process with a maximum temperature of 185°F/85°C.

We do not recommend using this product for hot water bath processing.

This 89-400 polypropylene continuous thread closure has a ribbed skirt and a matte (stipple) top. It also has a stack feature allowing package to be stacked in a retail sales environment. It does not include a liner. The cap will accept a liner, giving you the opportunity to select the liner material of your choice.

This 89-400 black polypropylene (P/P) plastic continuous thread closure has a smooth (glossy) skirt and top.. It includes a foil seal FS5-10 plain (unprinted) liner innerseal.

This 89-400 white polypropylene (P/P) continuous thread (CT) closure has a ribbed skirt and matte (stipple) top. It includes an FS 1-15/.020 wax lined pulp unprinted (plain) liner, which is a heat induction foil innerseal that provides an aggressive bond with clean peel removal from PE and PP containers.

The innerseal in this closure does provide the consumer an indication of tampering (tamper evidency).
