Note: This bottle is intended for packaging "still wine" (non-sparkling beverages) only.
This 750 ml Claret (Bordeaux) style bottle has all the features of a classic Bordeaux bottle... a punt (push up), straight side, high graceful shoulder, and a neck designed for a cork and a capsule overcap. It is made with antique green glass, has a 28.9mm cork neck finish, and a 520 gram weight.
Traditionally it is used for red wines, ports, and sherries, but can be used for any of your bottling needs. A 750 ml (milliliter) nominal capacity bottle is a wine industry standard. 750 ml is the equivalent of 25.4 fl oz and offers 4 to 6 glasses of wine.
