Some items are currently out of stock. Due to increased demand caused by COVID-19, expected restock dates will fluctuate. We are working hard to replenish as quickly as possible. The most current information is available on the site and on product detail pages.
In order to stay safe during this challenging time, our customer support team members are working remotely. To speed up communication and help you get the information you need, we have implemented several features on our site.
FedEx is currently functioning normally, however some exceptions are being seen with delivery. Some parcels are being held due to current COVID-19 conditions in the delivery area and will be delivered once it is safe to do so. In other cases, packages are being returned to our warehouses and we are working to with our customers to reship these orders to alternate delivery locations.
Please keep in mind that Packaging Options Direct has no control over how FedEx handles shipments once a parcel leaves our facility; we are NOT responsible for parcels that are not delivered within our estimated delivery timeframe during the checkout process. It is important that our customers understand that there could be delays during the delivery process that are outside of our control.

LTL Carriers are continuing to deliver. In the event that a shipment needs to be redirected due to the original delivery location being closed, carriers will charge a reconsignment fee which will be passed along to the customer. Customers want to make sure that ware can be delivered to the location being used during the checkout process to avoid additional fees later on.
